Agreement

By creating an account or using Cloubotix, you agree to these terms. If you use Cloubotix for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

The service

Cloubotix provides website publishing, account tools (Control Hub), and optional business tools (Business Suite), along with related features such as domains and plans. Free and paid features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping sign-in details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate business and contact information. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, or use Cloubotix for unlawful content or activity.

Your content

You own the content you publish on your site and in your account. You give us permission to host and display that content so the service can work. You must have the rights to any text, images, or media you upload.

Plans and billing

Free plans stay free within their limits. Paid plans, domains, and add-ons are charged as shown at checkout or in Control Hub. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or clearly stated at purchase.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, pause, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cloubotix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Changes and contact
